I’m originally from Indonesia, and I now call Austin home. What pulled me into real estate wasn’t just the market, it was the homes. Every time I walk into a house, I feel like I’m stepping into someone’s story: how they lived, what they valued, and what they built their life around. I love imagining what the next chapter could look like for the people who will live there next. Helping someone find a home where their story can grow is what makes this work exciting for me.

I created this blog for anyone who feels confused by real estate terms or overwhelmed by the process. I remember what it felt like to not know anything at the beginning. Here, I share simple explanations, real-life examples, and step-by-step guidance to help you understand things clearly.

On this blog, I also share parts of my personal growth journey because I’m not trying to look “perfect.” I used to be more closed-minded and told myself “I can’t do it,” or assumed other people had life figured out. Now I understand: everyone has their own struggles. The difference is how we handle them, what we learn, and how we keep moving forward.

I spend a lot of time getting to know Pflugerville, Round Rock, and Georgetown. I love the people, the community feel, and how each area has its own personality. I enjoy exploring neighborhoods, checking out local spots, and noticing the little details that make a place feel like home. Where you live is about more than a house, it’s the day-to-day lifestyle too.
